Shokz DirectPitch™ technology uses reverse sound waves to optimise the distance and angle between the sound source and the human ear, resulting in relatively greater sound pressure toward the human ear and less sound pressure in directions other than towards the ear canal.
This allows the listener to hear the sound without headphones being in the ear,
and also has the advantage of reducing sound leakage and ensuring privacy.

Don’t waste your money

I got it as a gift for my birthday and I was so excited to use it as I’ve been eyeing on buying it for a while. Sadly I found it unusable for youtube and podcast as they were so boomy, I tweaked the EQ and got it sounding good enough but still not as good as my Anker Aerofit 2 (that are half the price) for music they sound really good. On phone calls they keep disconnecting and dropping, went on their site and followed all the protocols, nothing helped, did them all several times, still nothing. Here’s the kicker, the 2 year warranty is a joke! I filed a warranty claim and they sent me a while questioner, after answering everything they for back to me with more test and requirements, I needed a video recording of it happening, also to record the sound dropping from the earphones. They only happen on calls so I need to video tape a phone call while simultaneously recording sound dropping from the earphones. I cannot support a company with such bad customer support. You guys can keep the money!

Both earbuds are designed for independent use, allowing for mono music playback or calls. When used individually, each earbud maintains its respective button functionality.

When the earbuds are outside the charging case and remain disconnected from Bluetooth devices for 3 minutes, they will enter standby mode to preserve battery life.
