The best headphones + hands-free device in one device

In my opinion, this is one of the best headphones that hides both headphones and a hands-free device. If BT connection is necessary, then in the case of Swim, it is only in the Pro version
When I was about to buy them, I was initially skeptical about whether bone marrow connection would be ok for headphones that also included a hands-free version via Bluetooth connection. Today, I have been wearing them every day since the day I bought them, and for 1 year now.
Let's list the main pluses
1- bone marrow connection does not tire the ear excessively
2- when moving outside, you can hear the music you want, the program, but also the surroundings, which is great + when walking, cycling, etc.
3- waterproof and the Swim version is really great underwater, the music and everything that comes from there is amplified.
4- if you are in a noisy environment and, for example, talking on the phone, close your finger with your ear, just open it a little and all the incoming sound is clear. So it doesn't have to be a direct karma
5 - Internal memory, so you can be in both BT and MP3 mode, so the area of use is very wide.
6 - It's easy to download music to the device if you have MP3 files and you can get them from the internet very easily as you want

The downside is
1 - the back arch, which sometimes makes the wearer feel uncomfortable when wearing a hat or hood or has to be adjusted from time to time, but it doesn't bother me.
2 - Since it's a membrane device, it's not recommended to throw it, if it breaks, it's probably time to buy new ones.
3 - In the gym or places where you need noise cancellation, you won't find it from them

But I recommend headphones and I will definitely remain a fan of such

Don't bother purchasing these until you have a time machine and can travel back to 2014

The MP3 mode is so archaic - you actually need to own the digital MP3 files - you can't do what Garmin and other apps allow you to do and download Spotify playlists onto the device.
You also need to plug it into a computer and download the songs. You can't do this via bluetooth or even using the app - honestly there is no point in having an app.
I am very disappointed with my purchase and actually can't use the MP3 function as I don't own any MP3 files. It's comical at how bad these features are when there is ample software / ability to make these so much more user friendly.

OpenSwim Pro features both MP3 headphone and Bluetooth headphone. Here are the main differences between OpenSwim Pro and OpenRun Pro:
1. The former adds MP3 mode to the Bluetooth mode; while the latter only has Bluetooth mode.
2. The former adopts ENC+DNS call noise cancellation; while the latter adopts Dual Noise-cancelling Mic + CVC algorithm noise cancellation.
3. The battery life of the former is about 9 hours at medium volume in Bluetooth mode and 6 hours at medium volume in MP3 mode; while the battery life of the latter is about 10 hours at medium volume.
4. The former is IP68 waterproof, while the latter is IP55 sweatproof.
5. The former requires 90 mins to charge from 0 to 100%; while the latter requires 60 mins to charge from 0 to 100%.
6. The former has a 32G internal storage capacity; the latter is not.

2. Can I use Bluetooth mode while swimming?

It is forbidden to use Bluetooth mode while swimming or underwater, as this will cause a disconnection of Bluetooth in the water. OpenSwim Pro have built-in storage, so it is recommended that you switch to MP3 mode when swimming.

3. Is the charging cable for the Opencomm/OpenRun/OpenRun Pro and the OpenSwim Pro be interchangeable to each other?

Two kinds of magnetic charging cable can not be interchangeable to each other to avoid damage to the headphone battery.
The former only has two pins and only for charging, while the latter has four pins for charging but also for transferring data at the same time.
We recommend that charging headphone with the exclusive OpenSwim Pro charging cable.

4. Can I download music to my OpenSwim Pro via Shokz App or Bluetooth?

OpenSwim Pro cannot download music directly via the Shokz app, nor via Bluetooth.

5. What are the benefits of upgrading the firmware in the Shokz App?

1. Improve FLAC format compatibility
2. Optimize headphone power consumption
3. Improve call volume synchronization, mode switching, and Bluetooth pairing stability
4. After restoring factory settings, the custom button function set in the app can now be reset normally.

1. OpenSwim Pro can be submerged in up to 2 meters of fresh water for up to 2 hours. OpenSwim Pro was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and has a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529. Water-proof is not a permanent condition and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear and tear.

When using during outdoor activity, please ensure the headphone is being properly worn and control the volume to ensure that you can hear your surroundings, including traffic signals, passersby, etc. Using OpenSwim pro while riding or driving may distract your attention and have higher risk of sports injury and traffic accident; Using OpenSwim pro while riding or driving may violate local laws or community regulations, use of this product should comply with local laws and community regulations.
3. Usable storage varies due to system files, and for data management functions. 4. Calculated based on regular-quality songs at 4MB each. High-quality songs are approximately 8MB, storing about 4,000 high-quality music tracks.
5. Upload speed is approximately 15M/s, quantity calculated based on regular-quality songs at 4MB each. The results of simulation experiments are conducted by Shokz Lab for the intersection scene. In actual use, the upload speed depends on device settings, environment, usage, and many other factors.
