Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. With your headphones powered on, open the Shokz App. The app will automatically connect to the headphones in use. Once paired successfully, the EQ modes will appear on the screen.

Can these be used in sea/sauna/showering?
OpenRun Pro 2 has a waterproof specification of IP55 that can not be used in sea.
It is not suitable for sauna and showering. While showering, water vapor can enter the internal components of the headphones through the seams, leading to water ingress.
The recommended operating temperature for our headphones is between 0°C and 45°C. Using them in semi-enclosed, high-temperature environments like saunas could pose safety risks.

How do I pair OpenRun Pro 2 with my device?
1. Start with your OpenRun Pro 2 powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume + Button until the LED Indicator flashes red and blue alternately. Audrey will say "pairing" indicating pairing mode.
3. Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select "OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz". Once your device confirms successful pairing, you're all set.

Charging Tips
1. Always confirm that the charging port is dry before connecting the device to the charging cable.
2. Do not charge right after exercising in case there's sweat inside the charging port, which could lead to circuit burning while charging.
3. Only power supplies that have been approved by relevant departments and meet local regulatory requirements (such as UL, CSA, VDE and CCC) shall be used.
4. It is recommended using a 5V/1A charger to charge OpenRun Pro 2 to protect its battery life. Please ensure that the output voltage does not exceed 15V to prevent damage to the headset.
2. Do not charge right after exercising in case there's sweat inside the charging port, which could lead to circuit burning while charging.

This issue may also be related to your phone's settings. You can try the following steps:

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, then turn off "Reduce Loud Audio".
Note: If Screen Time has been set up for family members, it may be restricting changes to the "Reduce Loud Audio" setting. To adjust this: Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Reduce Loud Audio. Enable Content & Privacy Restrictions, tap Reduce Loud Audio, and select Don’t Allow.
For Samsung:
Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off "Media Volume Limit".
For Android:
Go to Bluetooth settings, find Bluetooth device volume sync, and enable it.
Note: Settings may vary slightly depending on your phone model. If you're unable to find the options listed above, please contact your phone's customer support for assistance.

3. OpenRun Pro 2 is resistant to sweat and water splashes, suitable for non-aquatic sports and activities. Under specific testing conditions, its waterproof performance has reached the IP55 level based on the IEC 60529 standard. The sweat and waterproof capability is not permanent and may decrease over time due to wear and tear. DO NOT charge a wet OpenRun Pro 2, nor swim or shower with it.
