We strongly believe in pushing for lifelong exercise, lifelong learning, and lifelong sustainable striving. We advocate for long-term values and pursue the Double-100 Programme. This refers to achieving 100 points for exercise and 100 points for learning content each month for our employees. Each year, the company spends millions of SGD to offer employees various sports and learning resources.
Health
Shokz believes health to be the most precious asset, and the foundation for revolution. Shokz aims for each employee to maintain a healthy lifestyle while pursuing their goals.
The company has 21 sports clubs including street dance, fitness, yoga, pilates, basketball, badminton and more. This includes guidance by professional fitness trainers and establishment of 13 fitness clubs and course series by external experts.

Learning
Cognitive upgrade fuels continuous innovation. Shokz strives to create a learning organisation for both employees and the company through ongoing lifelong learning. We have our own platform, the Shokz Academy to provide the utmost learning experience for our employees.
We curate our own learning materials and also hire professionals to teach essential skills to our employees. Additionally, we have 3 office centers equipped with libraries.
