"I basically use two models of Shokz headphones. On a daily basis, I use the blue OpenRun for training as I like to listen to podcasts or music that I download on Spotify.
When competing, I use the black OpenSwim since I can create my playlist and store my music directly in the headphone without having to use my phone, LOVE IT.
Whether it's for one or the other, what I particularly appreciate is the fact that I can listen to music while still hearing everything that's going on around me. I love that feeling, it's amazing."

Blandine L'Hirondel
Born on March 3, 1991 in Caen, a French rising star and international trail runner, having acquired a great reputation thanks to her multiple titles:
double world trail champion and European trail champion in 2022.
Her career is punctuated by impressive exploits, from her coronation in 2019 in Miranda do Corvo in Portugal, where she won the individual and team world title, to her recent performance at the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc in 2023 where she finished 3rd, marking her first challenge in a 100 mile event.
However, Blandine was not predestined for a sporting career.
Originally not interested in sport, it was her move to Reunion Island to finish her medical studies that was the catalyst for her passion for mountains and trail running.
There, she discovered a taste for adventure and surpassing herself, moving from hiking to mountain running and finally to trail running, the island's flagship discipline.
Alongside her impressive sporting career, Blandine is also an obstetrician-gynaecologist, dividing her time between her passion for running and her commitment to the medical field.
Her journey is all the more remarkable because she had to adapt her busy schedule to be able to train and compete at the highest level, illustrating a determination and passion that drives her to excel in all aspects of her life.
